Prompt response when had a delivery issue which was much appreciated. Lovely item. However would have given 5 stars but there was no d/c adaptor cable included which was stated in the description and the reason I opted for this water spinner.
Fantastic products and quality is extremely good delivery and efficient and enjoyable going through what they have for sale it’s a shame it’s so far away from where I live because I would love to have a walk round there and have something to eat and drink at the camp. Highly recommend going.
Looks good so far but have not used it yet. Leaf design is really nice. Waiting for the spring before using it.

I placed an order weeks before the release date as it was a Christmas decoration. It arrived promptly and safely. One of my items was faulty. I emailed with a picture and the item was replaced straight away. I will be online shopping here in future, the customer service is excellent.

We have had our gazebo for 12 years and it is very reassuring to know we can still get new canopies.
Of the third Pergola is as good as the previous two I will be happy. The first lasted a lot of years then have in to old age. The second we had for 3 years before being attacked by ferocious winds that tore 3 ties which I couldn't fix, many other covers in the area were torn to shreds. I'm sure this one will have a good life
