A bit of confusion as you didn’t have the grey glider but very quick to offer an alternative. Aaron was very helpful. Ervi were not so good. No time slot was given. When I checked their website it wasn’t even showing it was out for delivery. I had a online chat and was told they would let me know a time but it just arrived.

The corner sofa set was ok for the sale price we paid, but would not recommend if you were purchasing it for the full price. Nice colour cushions. The set is very low though, so if you're not particularly fit you may have difficulty getting up from it! On the plus point, very happy with the service provided by Sefton Meadows - well packed and quick delivery - thank you.
Very pleased with our purchase of a garden table & chairs. Delivery took about 4 days and the delivery company gave us a 2hr time slot and kept us informed of their progress! Would recommend this company!

Just what I wanted for when i have sowed seeds and keeping the packet so I know how to care for them. I have not seen them anywhere before.
Whilst dispatch was speedy, the choice of Yodel as carrier lets you down. I was offered the chance to change a date, but about an hour before delivery was messaged to say they don't have full address details. I spent 20 minutes trying to contact them and was finally able to redeliver, without giving any additional delivery information.
There was a problem with my order. But Olivia in Customer care sorted this very quickly for me. Thank you

Arrived promptly but had items missing -screws and leg brace. Have contacted them yesterday so waiting for missing items to arrive
The umbrella & base which I ordered is very sturdy & well made & looks great in the garden. I would highly recommend at such a good price too!
