The umbrella & base which I ordered is very sturdy & well made & looks great in the garden. I would highly recommend at such a good price too!

Ordered a Naples swing egg chair, when it came 4 parts of the strap material were snapped.
Tried to get someone to deal with the issue, told me to ring a supplier in Blackpool who told me to ring Sefton Meadows.
Currently still trying to get someone to take responsibility & sort the problem out.

First time buying from Sefton Garden Centre excellent service sent very quickly. The canopy arrived earlier than the expected delivery . Haven’t actually been able too open it as the weather hasn’t been great. Top marks Sefton Garden Centre.
We bought a Luxor Swing many years ago and it is still in excellent condition. We have been searching high and low for replacement nets (now ticked, thanks to you!) and a dedicated cover to protect the top ceiling cover and metal frame over the winter months! Been searching for months with out success to find a replacement canopy
for my garden swing, Original Manufacturers/Suppliers were no help at all. I actually thought I was going to have to scrap it. By chance I found a swing almost the same shape as mine, with the same shaped canopy but a different manufacturers. The canopy fits like a glove. No need to scrap my swing after all. Really, pleased, Excellent delivery & service.
Really impressed with garden furniture, good quality very easy assembly no tools required have recommended to member of family and a friend who have ordered te same Florence set thank you, Delivery company let me down by saying thay had a failed delivery when no attempt was made was delivered few days after original date
