Easy to do the transaction. The staff were very helpful, when I had a a query on how delivery would be managed if I wasn't in.
We have had our gazebo for 12 years and it is very reassuring to know we can still get new canopies.
Of the third Pergola is as good as the previous two I will be happy. The first lasted a lot of years then have in to old age. The second we had for 3 years before being attacked by ferocious winds that tore 3 ties which I couldn't fix, many other covers in the area were torn to shreds. I'm sure this one will have a good life
Very happy with the service received from this company, I ordered a fountain as a birthday present and used the online chat facility to check that it would arrive in time - the fountain arrived safely, earlier than I was advised, so in very good time for the day. I would recommend this company.

I pre ordered 2 sets of 100 multi coloured static Led connectable lights for delivery In October/November. So I was pleasantly surprised to receive one set 3 days later, with the other set to follow, when the new stock arrives.
I am very happy with them, they worked well on checking.

A bit of confusion as you didn’t have the grey glider but very quick to offer an alternative. Aaron was very helpful. Ervi were not so good. No time slot was given. When I checked their website it wasn’t even showing it was out for delivery. I had a online chat and was told they would let me know a time but it just arrived.

The corner sofa set was ok for the sale price we paid, but would not recommend if you were purchasing it for the full price. Nice colour cushions. The set is very low though, so if you're not particularly fit you may have difficulty getting up from it! On the plus point, very happy with the service provided by Sefton Meadows - well packed and quick delivery - thank you.
Very pleased with our purchase of a garden table & chairs. Delivery took about 4 days and the delivery company gave us a 2hr time slot and kept us informed of their progress! Would recommend this company!
