Collection & Delivery Information

Standard delivery

Standard delivery is £4.99 on all orders to the UK Mainland. Unfortunately we currently don’t deliver to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.

Small items are estimated at 3-5 working days, from orders within courier collection times (Monday to Friday, until 12pm). A confirmation email will be sent once the item has left our warehouse which includes tracking information.

Large items are estimated at 7-14 working days, from orders within courier collection times (Monday to Friday, until 12pm). For 2 man deliveries our couriers will contact you to book in a delivery day and time slot.

Collection

Local collection is available from store with the exception of takeaway food products. Orders can take up to 3 working days to prepare and we will notify you either by telephone or email once the order is ready.

Tracking information

Please enter a valid e-mail address and phone number at the checkout to receive details of your delivery and to track the progress of your parcel.

The type of tracking can vary from courier to courier, if you haven’t received any tracking information either by text or email please contact us for further assistance.

Returns

If you wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, please contact us and either obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for courier delivery or return back to store.

If you wish to return your item due to damage/fault, you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase. Please send pictures of the damage/fault to info@seftonmeadows.co.uk before we make a decision on a return agreement or you can bring the item to store.

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind the goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your goods. We can arrange a collection for you but you may be liable for the cost of return carriage, which will be deducted from any refund. If you opt for us to arrange a collection for you, standard items items will incur a collection charge of £15 and larger items identified as two-man items or bulk collections will incur a collection charge of £60.

If an item on your order is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please call us within 30 days of receipt of your goods and we will be happy to arrange a replacement, credit note or refund.

Damaged Items

Unfortunately the occasional mishap can occur due to transportation or a manufacturing fault, please take a picture of the damage/fault and notify us of the issue within 30 days of receiving the item, we will investigate the issue and either offer a replacement or a refund and collection of the item.
