Breakfast With Santa 2026 Terms & Conditions

By purchasing tickets for Breakfast With Santa 2026 at Rosie's Garden Restaurant you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Tickets are issued electronically and should be presented upon arrival.
• Please check your booking confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

2. Ticket Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Rosie's Garden
  Restaurant.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance if possible.
• Requests to change booking dates or time slots will be accommodated where availability permits but cannot be guaranteed.

3. Arrival & Session Times

• Guests are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before their allocated session time.
• Sessions operate on a schedule to ensure all guests receive the best possible experience.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced time within the event and no refunds will be offered.
• Should you bring someone else that has not been pre-booked with your party - they will be charged £18.00 per extra person/ child - and subject to refusal if we cannot accommodate additional people. 

4. Children & Supervision

• All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Rosie's Garden Restaurant accepts no responsibility for children left unattended.
• Each person attending must hold a valid ticket.

5. Food & Dietary Requirements

• Adult tickets include a Full English Breakfast.
• Children's tickets include either a Kid's Breakfast or pancakes with selected
  toppings.
• Dietary requirements, allergies, and intolerances must be declared at the time of booking.
• Whilst every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, food is prepared in kitchens that handle allergens and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergen traces.

6. Accessibility

• Rosie's Garden Restaurant is fully accessible and welcomes wheelchair users, mobility scooters, pushchairs, and prams.
• Accessible facilities are available on-site.
• Guests requiring specific assistance are encouraged to contact us in advance so we can help make their visit as comfortable as possible.

7. Photography & Social Media

• Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional purposes.
• By attending, guests acknowledge that photographs or videos may be used on our website and social media channels.
• If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify a member of staff upon arrival.
• A professional photographer will not be present. Professional photo opportunities are only available from the Garden Centre Grotto - which is an entirely separate event. Access to Breakfast with Santa does not permit you / your party from entering the grotto. You are more than welcome to take your own photos but be mindful and respectful of other peoples recording preferences. 

8. Santa Experience

• Every effort will be made to ensure each child has an opportunity to meet Santa during their session.
• The format and duration of interactions with Santa may vary depending on attendance levels.
• Santa reserves the right to take a short break during longer event periods.

9. Event Changes

• Rosie's Garden Restaurant reserves the right to amend event details, timings, menus, entertainment, or activities where necessary.
• In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event.
• In the event of cancellation by the venue, guests will be offered either a transfer to an alternative date (subject to availability) or a full refund.

10. Guest Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove guests whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or likely to negatively impact the experience of other guests.
• No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

11. Liability

• Guests attend the event at their own risk.
• Rosie's Garden Restaurant accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Nothing within these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
