Santa's Grotto Visit

The grotto is perfect for children under 12, but families of all ages are welcome to enjoy the festive magic together! We also have wheelchair and pram access throughout for your convenience.

Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to ensure a smooth and timely experience. Unfortunately, missed time slots may result in refused entry.

While tickets can be purchased in-store on the day, we highly recommend booking online to avoid potential queues and disappointment, especially during busy periods!

Step into our enchanting Winter Wonderland for a magical walk through festive decorative scenes, leading you to a special meeting with Santa himself! Each child will receive a unique gift to take home, along with a complimentary 6x4 standard photo to cherish the memory.

While missed time slots may be subject to refusal, we'll do our best to accommodate you later the same day if space allows.

When you pre-book your grotto visit, you'll receive an order confirmation. Please either print this off or have the confirmation email ready to show us on your phone.

Tickets are available to purchase on the day at the garden centre, however we do highly recommend pre-booking as the slots can be sold out. Please phone 0151 531 6688 to enquire about availability.
